@kjoeme1978 I’m a patient in the Mayo Clinic-Rochester dermatology department and under the care of an oral dermatologist. I can speak from experience that I receive outstanding advice and a healing treatment plan from my specialist.
If you’d like to request an appointment at Mayo Clinic here is a link to get you started: http://mayocl.in/1mtmR63
You don’t need a referral but I’ve heard it can be helpful to have input from your doctor.

Oral lichen planus can be extremely uncomfortable. I’m really so sorry that you’re having to deal with this miserable condition.
Here is a little educational blurb for understanding:

What type of treatment have you received so far?

I will also look up that page that you mentioned. I also have mouth breakouts for over a year now. I have been to two dentists one oral pathologist and an ENT. NONE of them have had any help to my problem. I have different kinds of breakouts in my mouth canker sores bumps on my saliva glands, bumps under my tongue that open up to huge open sores. Many different kinds of bumps on my tongue. Constant pain, clearing up only when I stop all things foreign to my body. I eat healthy keto and intermittent fasting.
I have come to the idea that it is vitamin C that it added into things. I have been allergic to ascorbic acid sense I was in my 20's. AND I think they put it in every vitamin and supplement that is sold on the market. This is what I have found for my self. But if someone finds something different I would like to hear about it.
