@susannesemann Have you tried using an albuterol puffer 10 mins prior to nebbing 7% saline? The idea is that the albuterol opens things up so lungs are not as irritated by the hypertonic saline. Even with a puffer, I stop the eFlow multiple times during nebbing. I use these pauses as an opportunity to huff cough, thus clearing my lungs during the nebbing process and not only afterwards. Overall, these frequent stops punctuated with huffs help to speed up my clearance process.

I will try the albuterol puffer before starting and the huff coughing during the pauses. Thank you.

My nebbing is going better with the suggestions you made, Thank You! I’m also taking very slow breaths which seems to help. I’m very happy to have found this group!

@scoop hi. I’m reading all the posts and am wondering how the eFlow is faster , if you are needing to take multiple breaks ? What am I missing . Also, how do you sterilize it on trips , if no access to boiling water ? Lastly , does it leave a salty area on your counter, etc ? Thanks!
