@juliea55, someone on this chat, Irenea8 I think, posted about hemoptysis and how taking Nutricost K2-MK4 stopped it for her, she also takes K2-MK7 every day. Personally, I started taking it (K2-MK4 and K2-MK7) every day when I started nebbing 7% and haven't had issues. Maybe you want to look into it, if it does not interfere with any meds you might be on? When I talked to my pulmo about it, he said it was fine to take it every day.
