It does not have caffeine. I use the tea leaves and steep it in a cup. I have 2 cups a day. I also started using clove tea. Which is good for lung health also. A teaspoon of whole cloves and simmering 2 cups of water for 15 minutes and drink that during the day also

@maryrn7 My sister found a tea that calls for some of the things you and I have used for tea.
She has worked in health food stores for years and the vitamin dept. of Whole Foods for about 15 years now. She does do her research...so for what it is worth.
Clove Tea:
1/2 inch ginger...1 Cinnamon stick...1/4 tsp. cloves...Boil and strain. It called for 7-8 cups of water but you might like less water for a stronger brew. Of course it could always be boosted with a good natural honey.
I do a garlic tea also. I have done the Ginger and Cinnamon together but will now add the cloves that I had read about a while back.
Great shares...and things for each of us to think about and decide if it is for us.
