@kyrazpollet Your doc can prescribe diuretics to help remove some of the accumulated water from your legs. I also get swelling around my ankles sporadically with LC and had to pretty much eliminate salt from my diet and increase the water that I drink. It is also important to get up and moving to help move the fluid out of your legs...and not sit for long periods of time without getting up to walk a bit. When you are laying down, prop your legs up higher than your heart to encourage the fluids to drain.

@vostie thank you for your advice. I always sir with my legs on couch. But good idea Albot legs elevated. Problem is also, cuz I have knee problem mi need to also keep something under my knees.. when I’m in ced I always have bottom of
