Apologies, I did not mean to seem insensitive to confidentiality issues. Your confidentiality is so important. I assumed that On Your Sise reporters maintain your confidentiality due to sensitive medical information.
1). Would you be able to request that On Your Side maintains your confidentiality prior to disclosing your name?
2). What do you think of contacting Cancer Care and requesting that Cancer Care assist with resolution of your Insurance Billing issues and possibly present the issues on On Your Side while maintaining your confidentiality?

I feel badly that you have to jump through hoops for your your insurance approval. Hoping the insurance will be approved soon.

@smith777 - Thank you, Susan. No apologies needed. I know you are trying your best to help.
1) As mentioned previously, engaging "On Your Side" would be s a last resort.
2) I'm not familiar with Cancer Care (remember my treatment was 21 years ago and a lot has changed). I've noted the web site and will investigate, as well as the ACS.
I need to see how the 3rd claim resubmission turns out before I pursue outside options.
My hope in posting my first question was that someone somewhere would have experienced the same issue, Medicare denial, and might know how to resolve.
