@windrider354 Yes, those are insignificant differences to me. And none of those values are close to anything clinically significant. Glad to see those numbers!
The ultra sensitive tests are new to me. For the ten years since my RARP (2015-2025) my urologists only ran normal PSA tests. Going forward (post IMRT) I will be doing us PSA tests from Labcorp, unless something forces a change. Next PSA test is in mid February.
None of the urologists, nor oncologists that I have worked with seem to be concerned about using different labs or methods. I obsess over consistency. I guess that is the difference between a clinical and scientific mindset.
Btw, do happen to know the limit of detection for the Labcorp us PSA test?
