My endocrinologist said that I could do a smaller dose of reclast to counter rebound effect of stopping Prolia and that I might be able to have a drug holiday. Part of that also hinges on my being on bhrt for a year and the positive effects that may have on rebound. I have already taken alendronate for 5 years, forteo for two and evenity for 1.
