It may be likely that Mayo Clinic could help you with these difficulties you have had since your initial treatments. Your medical people could refer you or possibly you could contact Mayo yourself with the question of help.
My Spanish is limited so I hope I am understanding your concerns. I will ask others to look at this as well. William

Dear Friend,
My heart goes out to you given what you've been through.
As I mentioned, I'm six years out from treatment. I was treated by Dr. David Cognetti, Chairman, Department of Otolaryngology, at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I also had my radiation treatments at Jefferson.
I have swallowing difficulties, but they're much less challenging than what you've experienced. With the exception of having a nasal feeding tube for three weeks after surgery, I've been able to eat enough -- soft foods, lots of sauces and gravies, and Boost Very High Calorie nutritional drinks -- to maintain my health. And, to date, I've been lucky and have been able to avoid aspirational pneumonia.
You've communicated with patients through this blog but have you directly contacted the Mayo Clinic's department that specializes in head and neck cancer (assume you have but just to be sure)?
Be well,
Mike
