Without additional antiresorptive therapy after evenity, bmd gains tend to be lost relatively quickly as bone resorption can rebound above baseline after 12mo treatment course. Estrogen in bHRT have antiresorptive effect and may help maintain bone mass, but whether bHRT alone after evenity is sufficient depends on your future fracture risk and medical history. Your endocrinologist can best assess what's needed based on your full risk profile.

Are you using estradiol patches or bHRT pellet?

@mayblin I am using a .025 patch now. In two weeks, we will be assessing my estradiol numbers and I anticipate increasing that dosage. I'll post the results. Thanks for your input. I appreciate it.
