BCG and UTIs: Anyone else get urinary tract infections?

Hello, everyone. I've been taking BCG treatments for two years. After the first treatment, I contracted a UTI, causing me to miss the following treatments, and not to mention how painful it is to urinate. In fact, I just had treatment on the Jan 6 and am going through severe pain, joint pain, fever, headaches, and more...
It's horribleible.

@mrdee63 sorry you are having problems with BCG. I too started having the same symptoms after treatment three of the initial series of six and they just kept getting worse with subsequent sessions. I’m on my second maintenance series of three and the doc agreed to lower my 50% dose to 33%. That has helped. I still get the side effects but they are reduced in severity and duration. Now I’m just about back to normal after 12 hours or so.
