The percent change is calculated using the density values (g/cm2) and not the T Score values.

@normahorn Thank you for your reply. The density value (g/cm2) from 11/23 on the total left femur was 0.526 grams per square inch and the density value (g/cm2) from 1/26 on the neck of the left fetus was 0.551 grams per square cm. I'm still not seeing a 9.1% change here. Can you explain?
