home care. with family members to assist. i would make the call when i knew i was in the lane to have a seizure or shut down. it is something to take the edge off you might say from to many things going on at the same time and overload. My head gets hot and mt tear ducts go bizzarro if you can call it that, my caregiver, along with be that my daughter or other daughter in law. they have me sit and do breathing exercises and if possible get a cold clothe for my head to cool me down. they talk to me making me concentrate on my breathing and if able elevate my feet some. so far the last two i couldn't elevate but cooled down enough to start focusing on my family and remember that i am scaring them so my mind will calm itself. so far its worked every time of late.
