@armywac I have PN from chemo. Mostly in my feet but a little in my finger tips. It exploded in my feet back in November that caused the oncologist to end my weekly chemo infusions 3 weeks early. I've lost 2 toe nails. Recently I developed an itchy rash on my feet that would not quit. My triage nurse prescribed triamcinolone 0.1% last week. The only thing that stopped the itching was a cool foot bath with Epsom salt and white vinegar. Nighttime was the worst. I saw my dermatologist yesterday who says the rash and itching is a sign of healing. Perhaps my nerves are starting to heal from the neuropathy. She too prescribed the triamcinolone but to cover it with Aquafor, wrap with plastic wrap 2x a day for about an hour. I did the plastic wrap one better and bought a box of disposable plastic foot covers. I choose to believe she's correct and the itching is a sign that I'm starting to heal from the chemo.

@botterd ...That is great, but I am concerned about covering them up. Don't shut off the oxygen for very long to your feet. Be careful not to fall asleep with the plastic foot covers on unless they are very loose. Like you, I have used the Aquafor and it was useless, but I do hope that you have good luck with it. Different meds work different on each person. good luck to you
