Anyone else feel Isolated and not go out due to chronic pain?

Hello Joanne, You have a lot of responses. Yes i feel very isolated, I never leave the house except for Drs and am lying down most of the day. Pain restricts my ability to do basic chores or anything meaningful....no one understands chronic severe pain and WHAT it takes from you, until they suffer....

@anniesezu812 you are describing my life exactly. I’m home alone all day, every day. Just getting out of bed to get to the bathroom is excruciating most of the time. My spine and hips keep me from even lying in bed comfortably. Thank God I have a pain doctor in my home town who prescribed Oxycodone-acetaminophen 10-325 4x a day. It’s either take medication to be able to walk to the bathroom OR ‘unsubscribe to breathing.’ As much as I hate to say that, it’s the truth. People don’t realize it’s not just the pain we deal with. It’s the constant grief over the life we’ve lost due to the pain.
