Has anyone ever tried Lyrica for neuropathy?

I have been on pregabalin (lyrica) for years, 75 mg at bed. But my nerve pain in my foot worsened. I hated to increase to 150 mg at bed, but it stopped the nerve pain. I have gained weight on it, which I hate. It doesn't help with my insomnia like a low dose of amitryptiline does. I do have brain fog issues daily.

@maryjosephine21 I have the research evidence to show that at 150 mg per day it’s pain control is no better than the placebo used in the test. It has to be at least 300 my per to be effective.

@maryjosephine21 I also gained a lot of weight and felt bloated on Lyrica. I have been on low dose Naltrexone. It helps a little.
