I have been on pregabalin (lyrica) for years, 75 mg at bed. But my nerve pain in my foot worsened. I hated to increase to 150 mg at bed, but it stopped the nerve pain. I have gained weight on it, which I hate. It doesn't help with my insomnia like a low dose of amitryptiline does. I do have brain fog issues daily.
