@walkinggirl Thank you for this outpouring of support for my first steps again. you boosted my spirit with your post, i needed it today, This past Saturday i had an extremely major anxiety attack two days ago and my daughter was able to help sit me in a recliner and help me back off on the pressure end of it just by having me do breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth like easy pace and it helps. that and a cold rag on the forehead and 30 minuets later a different person. like it didn't happen. love it when family can help me find a solution to some of my events. Again thank you

@randallshields56 forgive me for butting in but I recently saw how dipping your face into a bowl of ice water (if possible, anyway) is another anxiety reliever. It shocks and resets the central nervous system. Sorry you had such an anxiety attack. Your daughter is wonderful for teaching you how to practice deep breathing. What a gift.
