Hi Randy,
I absolutely loved reading your Spotlight!
When I came across the part where you mentioned the discussion "Which Seizure Trigger Is Your Hardest Battle?" and how meaningful it was to you, it brought such a big smile to my face. It gave me a wonderful sense of Santosha – one of yoga's beautiful principles, meaning contentment – which happens to be where my username comes from! Thank you for sharing that with me.
Reading about how you practice balance daily really resonated with me. It sounds like we share a similar approach – trying to find contentment in each day and using that to help us navigate setbacks and keep moving forward. It's not always easy, but it makes such a difference, doesn't it?
And your personal motto – "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger" – I couldn't agree more!
Mayo Clinic Connect is truly blessed to have you here. Thank you for being such a caring presence in this community.
Chris
