What are your experiences with Leqvio?

I am currently taking 5 mg Crestor every other night & Zetia every day. I am miserable with the muscle aches in my leg. I tried Repatha & developed headaches & back aches. I’ve been reading about Leqvio & wonder if the side effects are similar to what I am experiencing now.

@carolman210 I had the same experience. Taking Rosavstatin every other day & Zetia every day. I was so miserable with muscle pain in my legs I had to quit. I was really looking forward to Repatha but the reaction was even worse with headaches & back aches. The only thing left is Leqvio. Also wanting to know what people experience with this med.

@carolman210 I just started Leqvio about 10 days ago. I have been sick with cough and sore throat most of the time since then. Very unusual for me. Very severe symptoms. Worse than I ever had in my whole long life. Coincidence? Do not know. It’s as if my immune system broke down. I heard the theory that the lipids we are trying to reduce by taking meds are necessary for the immune system to create antibodies. Crazy idea? Who knows?
