I'm 69. I had HoLEP surgery 3yrs ago after first having a Urolift and then Laser Green Light. Both failed me. Everything has been great since HoLEP. At first, it was odd that nothing came out after a good wank. I do it daily or close to that. Prior to any of the procedures my urologist prescribed Cialis 5mg dialy for enlarged prostate. I still take it daily. Life is good.

@jiminos I was scheduled for HoLep surgery a couple years ago but ended up with Turp Surgery. I was told that semen wouldn’t come out from my penis. After having a good wank a small amount of clear fluid comes out Ingues better than nothing I miss the white semen.
Do you still see semen after a wank?
