I am so sorry you had to wait so long to get any action, Barbara. That
seems very common with our condition...but with your weight loss and
coloured plugs it is surprising.

I am not sure that I have plugs, my mucus is pretty well always
white/clear, or at least appears that way, but I don't use a clear
container....occasionally I notice a thicker white substance but at most
would be gell like, not solid.

My main issues are sob and volume of mucus: up to 3 cups/day. Exhausting
and annoying.
