21 Day Brain Detox for Pain Relief

Posted by krundus76 @krundus76, Nov 26, 2025

How to Turn on Your Brain
I am finding that the model from Dr Caroline Leaf in her book, How to Switch on Your Brain, is most effective. It has helped my pain level improve significantly since starting it. It’s like the advanced or graduate study from CBT. Lots of similar principles of brain science with a more complete model to follow and daily practices to get results.
I think Mayo could have an instant upgrade just adding her 21 day detox plan to people graduating PRC.
I am most grateful for Mayo and the people in my PRC class for putting me on a healthy healing path for my body, soul, and spirit.
Love to connect and share more with other PRC graduates.
Thank you!
Ken

I know that returning home after the 3-week program, it can be challenging to maintain the things you learned and behaviors changes you've committed to.

Which location did you attend? How are you doing with maintaining what you learned (your C-self)?

The challenge is maintaining your motivation so you do your daily practices. I have found some you tube videos that do not have ads - I guess they are from non profit organizations. The combo of opioids, QiGong, stretching, yoga, mindfulness, and walking has kept me driving and taking care of myself. My depression level has also decreased. I am 82 and want to stay out of a care facility. Be well in 2026.
