Post surgery PSA after 3 months was 1.77

My PSA was .37 eight weeks post surgery.
I developed Ileus
(A temporary paralysis or slowing of the intestinal muscles, preventing forward movement of contents) as a result of the anesthesia. I lost 30 pounds as a result of that.
We wait four months before salvage radiation for me to regain some strength.I was not put on any ADT.
My PSA almost doubled over the seven weeks of radiation. PET/CT scans didn't find anything. My urologist still did not put me on ADT.
After that I decided that I needed an Oncologist that specialized in Prostate Cancer.
DO NOT WAIT.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.
GET A GENITOURINARY ONCOLOGIST NOW!

@aldenrobert Yes, excellent advice. Get on Orgovyx RIGHT NOW.
Surgeons always want you to ‘wait’ - crossing their fingers that their surgery will be a ‘success’…such stupid thinking…
