@pilates24 understandable. That is because it may be due to different sources. Is it in the bone or is it the tendons or is it myomuscular?! So, over time it can be figured out. Mine is a combination. I couldn't keep up the pilates... but honestly, that IS the best treatment! I have tight SI joints (can't do anything about that); I aged with arthritis (can't do anything about that!), but I can enjoy a great dry sauna and my heating pad!) The myomuscular problem I can go for treatment, exercise and not sit so much. Its all a balancing act!
