What's the goal for T scores?

Anything -2.0 and better is fine with me. Bone strength is perhaps more important than bone density, so I don't get too hung up on the T-score. If it's in osteopenia range, I can work with that. I don't think it's possible to get to -1.0, anyway.

Remember that many people have osteoporosis and don't even know it. We're the lucky (?) ones who at least know what we're dealing with.

In that presentation, it was mentioned thar a T score of -1.5 seems to be the ideal target. Maybe I missed it but what is the likelihood of attaining that? I don't think that is a realistic goal but your -2 might be.
