@wisco50 Don't let this happen again. Always have at least a week's supply on hand for insurance. I make sure I never run out by managing to store extras, even by going without on the odd day when there may be less pain. I also beg and borrow the odd pill here and there from friends. Hug your dog or cat on extra bad days. I pray you get your meds soon. Hugs

I can refill online through CVS. Can't speak for every item, but you can almost always refill a Rx 3 days before it runs out. They contact the doctor for refill authorization. Around holidays maybe call or message your doctor's office. You could ask if they could authorize a substitute physician to approve refills in their absence.

Also if they know you your pharmacist could give you an advance on your nex refill.
