I know they have different diameter catheters and I guess if somebody gets one that’s too small for them. It must leak around it. The one I had must’ve been big enough that it didn’t leak.

I had a catheter for 13 months without leakage. Mine was a size 18. (I'm 5 foot 4 inches and 135 pounds) I read so many guys hate their catheter. I could have gone the rest of my life with one if it wasn't for the monthly changes. I enjoyed sleeping through the night. Hadn't done that for 20 years with BPH.
