Sorry your daughter feels this way. Pain takes so much from not only the person feeling it but their whole circle. Not. Fun.
It's definitely a challenge for all. If she'd try something anything small & go from there. Is she on here? I hope so. Chatting with others can really help. Hang in there all of you.
