Is there any benefit from Infrared saunas? Since the process heats up organs from the inside, without steam or moisture, could this technology help bronchiectasis?

@deestrada Have you been drinking warm water to help clear the mucus. I, myself, see it helping a great deal with the bringing up the mucus.
Don't know about 'Infrared' saunas....but so much of what they try to get us to use for them to make money is not good for us. I would imagine you are researching pros and cons...benefits and harms of something like that for us, in general, and not just because of the BE.
