Over treating Gleason six is a major problem. Many doctors do not consider it cancer. Your doctor may be pressing you to do something that’s not necessary. They stopped doing PSA test 12 years ago because people were being over treated when they had a Gleason six. Don’t let your doctor take advantage of you be informed.
