Does the pain change as you breathe? What I mean is, is it the same when you are inhaling and exhaling or holding your breath?

@laura1970 from memory, I don’t think there were too many significant changes. I felt like I needed to hold my breath (if that makes sense) as there was an intensity in the pain when breathing normally but I know slow deep breaths are how I get through (the episodes) them mentally. Will update if I notice any changes when the next one hits.
