I'm wondering if vibrating plates would work? I ordered one for my husband and it should be here tomorrow. I'll let you know if it helps with him.

@maryhal please keep us infprmed on how well vibrating plates works against your husband's symptoms.
@maryhal I have one and I love it. I didn't use it for a few days over the busy holidays.... Hmmm I wonder if that caused my cramping at night? I'm back to it today!

I watched several videos on YouTube. Dr. Doug Lucas does a detailed explanation. It should definitely helpiyou to make a decision. Every one is different. Check it out. Also, you can search for other experts opinions.
