@charliesophiedaisyro I find an electric blanket helps; the only trouble is, I never want to get out of bed. There's less pain when under the blanket, with two cats purring loudly beside me.

@borwin98 Yes, or a heating pad. Also, OTC lidocaine patches and Thermacare patches. I also sleep with wrist guards. Hubbie jokes that in the AM, our bed looks like a sad, sad burlesque took place as I inevitably take things off in the night. Add in the white cotton gloves for my hands (under the wrist guards if you please) and you've got a real show LOL.
