@sue4 Yep, 10mg gummy about an hour before bed and I sleep best Ive had since a huge back surgery six years ago. I was waking up through the night thinking about stress from taking care of my 96 yo mother and it rarely happens now. I like a couple old sit com reruns and doze off about 1AM. Good luck

@sue4 That's another concern I have: how much stress am I causing my son, since I live with him? He's 56, and men tend to drop de ad when under stress.
Can I get these gummies at a regular shop? I'm in Toronto, Canada, so we probably sell different items.
Maybe I could sneak some gummies across the border. I don't want to end up in jail for doing that.
