Oh, geez. Please find another doctor. I have all sorts of issues that cause pain. Find an OD. I have a great one in Charlotte, NC. Injections of cortisone may help. Lidocaine patches may help. SalonPas, my favorite so far. Ice will help with the inflammation. I use a heat pad with a regulator to use to increase the heat level. I love my new Lazyboy. I bought a new mattress, also.
