@chbalav compared to so many, these #s are not real bad, but you will want to do whatever you can to strengthen your bones…doesn’t necessarily mean meds, but does mean well-focused exercise, walking, possibly weight and resistance training—also, attention to balance, a carefully chosen bone supplement and some small adjustments to diet..wish you the best ! PS—check in with your doctors to be sure you are doing well. OP is concerning, so keep on top of it.
