@leerose I noticed that you mentioned levator ani syndrome and this was exactly what I was diagnosed with, it’s contractions in the pelvic floor muscles, there’s lots of exercises to help strengthen the muscles but I am keeping my fingers crossed that he responds to the medication, best wishes.
