Hello I wanted to tell you I am dealing with a rare disease a possible blood cancer,waiting on results. I am 62 years old, I have osteoarthritis in just about every joint. I use these prescription 5% lidocaine patches I sometimes use icy hot as well. The aspercreme lidocaine patches help from Walmart when I was out of prescription type. I've been dealing with extreme lower back pain and hip pain for years and now chronic pain from these blood diseases along with osteoarthritis and fibro These are my go toos. Also I somtimes rub diclofenac gel from Amazon and lidocaine creme from Walmart. Not all these together but kind of see which one helps at different pain levels. Also ice and heat , like 15mins ice, rest then 15 mins heat. With me ice was aleays my friend. Hope this helps.
