Thank you so much for the message and best wishes. He actually just started that medication bit ago and recently increased to 10 mg. I am hoping it helps because I have read that it has helped others as well. I’m happy to hear it worked well for you and I agree chronic pain is awful and I hate seeing him like this.

@leerose I noticed that you mentioned levator ani syndrome and this was exactly what I was diagnosed with, it’s contractions in the pelvic floor muscles, there’s lots of exercises to help strengthen the muscles but I am keeping my fingers crossed that he responds to the medication, best wishes.
