Can PSA test reveal cancer that has spread beyond the prostate?

@jeffmarc I think its been on here before but I for the last 6 years have gotten my PSA test done at sonora quest. always been < .01. I just had it done at mayo clinic. < .1 That would be saying the same thing?

Qwest does an ultrasensitive test with two decimal points.

Mayo does a test with only one decimal point.

In both cases, they are considered undetectable as long as it’s < .1
