Can PSA test reveal cancer that has spread beyond the prostate?

Hope someone can answer my question. I do suggest males near 60 get a PSA test and if cancer is found get the problem resolved via the new method that might not reuired the surgery and it's ED possibilities.

@rolanddubree I assume that by « Cancer that might have moved to another body location » you still refer to prostate cancer. A PSA test would tell you if PCa is significant and progressing at some other location. It cannot detect other types of cancer.
