I have been using Alpha Lipoid Acid. It is a capsule that you can buy> I get mine on Amazon, it is cheaper. I take 600mg morning and night. started off with 33mg and had to increase it 600mg later on. It it the same thing that is in all of the nerve medicine for Neuropathy, but it don't have all the other things in it, That I found you do not need. I didn't anyway. I just take the Alpha Lipoid Acid Capsule twice a day and it has helped me tremendously. Please try it, It is a lot cheaper and works. just be sure you have something on your stomach or eat something of drink something. It can cause your stomach to burn if you don't. I love it I get the name brand Nutricost from Amazon. You get 240 capsules for $24.89. you can get smaller size cheaper.
