@rashida I'm 68 and have been dealing with anhedonia where I just can't find joy in anything except for the few days a month I spend with my grandkids. I have 4 grand and 2 great grandkids. I stay in bed most of the time with my cat. I can't take antidepressants because they work the opposite for me. You are not alone !!! I don't have any answers other than the usual. I'm hoping to be able to find my way back to this page as I feel as invisible as you do. I hope the day goes easy on you

@hagberg welcome and down the way you can figure how to navigate where you would like too get to. took me a while but i figured it out finally. and here there are so many helpful people to ask for help with about anything no matter how small or large a problem. just ask and i am still looking at getting into a couple other groups also. only issue with me is a time barrier to get past every day. need something just ask and watch your email for responses. enjoy the day.a dn have a blessed new year too.
