I used copilot to compute the psa doubling time in days, and i agree that the numbers do give rise to alarm. You may want to get to a center of exelence asap.
4/25 → 11/3 0.01 → 0.35 192 ≈ 37 days
11/3 → 12/22 0.35 → 1.29 49 ≈ 26 days
