@dna41 What you describe sounds like one of the bicep tendons has ruptured and that muscle has dropped (I have that in both shoulders). The bicep starts out from the elbow as one and immediately divides into two muscles that each connect to the shoulder in different places. Did you talk with your surgeon about the problem and pain? If not, you might want to do that, or else seek another specialist for another opinion. Good luck with it, it's no fun and once dropped, cannot always be retrieved and you'll have the 'Popeye Arm'.
