Congrats on 6.5 years! I am also struggling with maintaining weight. I do like the Ensure Max and Premier Protein brands, but the 160 calories is actually really low so I was advised against them. My husband recently bought me some Kate Farms which are 400+ calories, but I struggle to get them down because they have the taste and consistency (to me) of a loaded product...which they are! But of which I'm not a fan of. He tells me I only need to drink 3-4 a day (and I can barely get down 1/2 of one)! I've also heard recently of the Liquid Hope but haven't yet pursued that.
