Sorry to hear that!

It seems no matter how excellent the medical institution is you will still have some care givers that don't live up to the reputation of the medical institution. Mayo's motto is, "Patient First."

May I suggest you contacting the Mayo Patient Advocacy Program of the Mayo you went to. I know at Mayo Jacksonville they have an office on site but you can also use Mayo web site to contact them about your experience. They will investigate on your behalf.

@jc76 Thx jc. I guess I won’t for them not holding my hand better than they did. Bottomline is I had the therapy I thought would be most effective for me and so far things are working out. As long as that remains true, I’m grateful to be on the other side of this. This forum and folks like you @northoftheborder @jeffmarc, PCRI, and many others have been the hand-holding and info sources that I needed and trusted. Others have been through much worse. Thanks to you all. I intend to follow and keep in the loop with you all. Contribute as I can. You are all heros in the fight.
