I have been on Motegrity just over 3 weeks. I am also continuing my Senna (3 tablets twice daily) and my Colace (2 tablets twice daily). For the first two weeks, I was having a dependable, pretty large, bowel movement every morning. Things were moving so quickly that I cut back a bit on my Senna and Colace. Now it seems like I am back to where I was before the Motegrity. I have read other reviewers who said the same thing. 2 weeks great, then nothing. I have already purchased my first refill ($100 copay) so I guess I will stay on it for another 4.5 weeks until it is gone. If it doesn't start working again, then I guess I'll give up on it. Anybody else have this experience?
