@patriciaconner513 not sure how much that is but the pea size dollop worked wonders. And she said not to use the applicator but your finger. When the burning was bad at night I would freeze water in a small nutritional drink bottle and wrap it in a small towel for between my legs. That was wonderful. I haven’t had a flareup in years since following that protocol.

@maymore Thank you. I will try using less. So far it’s not helping but, I’m going to continue. I use perineal ice packs but, they thaw out very quickly. I’ll try your method. Thank you.
